INGREDIENTS



½ cup honey
2 bsp asian hot sauce
½ tsp Kosher salt
2 lbs raw jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, minced

DIRECTIONS



1 If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.

2 In a medium bowl combine honey, asian hot sauce, and salt. Add shrimp and toss gently to coat.

3 Skewer shrimp using two skewers for easier grilling, dividing equally for 6 servings.

4 Clean grill and lightly oil grates. Heat grill to high heat (450°-500°F).

5 Grill shrimp 2-3 minutes per side, keeping grill cover closed. Turn once.

6 Remove from grill, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve immediately.
